Delek Drilling Board
CEO of the Delek Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delek Drilling.
Prior to stepping into the role of CEO, Mr. Bartfeld served in several key positions in the Delek Group, including that of CFO.
Mr. Bartfeld, who has since 2003 served as President and CEO of the Delek Group, is Chairman of the Board and a director of several companies within the Delek Group.
Mr. Bartfeld has a BA in economics from Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Last, who served as CEO of the Delek Group, currently serves as its Chairman of the Board. He is also Chairman of Delek Energy’s Board of Directors and a director of different companies within the Delek Group.
Mr. Last served as CEO of the Israel Insurance Association and as Deputy Inspector General of Israel Police. He won a Distinguished Service Medal for rescuing combatants under fire.
Mr. Last holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University and an MA (cum laude) in political science and mathematics from the University of Haifa. Mr. Last is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
Leora Pratt Levin
Ms. Pratt Levin is a Senior VP, Chief Legal Counsel, and Company Secretary of the Delek Group.
She holds a BA in political science from Tel Aviv University and an LLB from the University of Reading in England. She has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1991.
Ms. Elroy has considerable experience in transactions in the real estate sector and in wholesale-retail trade.
She serves as a Director of Delek Israel and the Delek Group.
Ms. Elroy holds a BA from Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Zack served as CEO of Gadot Biochemical Industries Ltd. and then as Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors. He had previously served as CFO of Gadot.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Mr. Zack holds a BA in economics and accounting and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Yaron is a Maj. General in the IDF Reserves. During his military service he variously served as commander of the Paratroopers Brigade, the Airborne Battalion, the Judea Division, and Chief Officer of the Infantry Corps. He is a former Head of the IDF Manpower Directorate.
He has previously served as military attaché in Washington.
Mr. Yaron has over the years served as CEO, Directror and Chairman of various companies.
He has a BA in Middle East Studies from Tel Aviv University and is a graduate of the Israeli College for National Security.
Mr. Bar-On was elected to the Knesset in its 16th, 17th and 18th sessions, serving variously in Israeli governments over the period as Minister of Finance, Minister of the Interior, Minister of National Infrastructure, Minister of Science and Technology, and Chairman of the House Committee.
In addition, Mr. Bar-On has served and continues to serve as director of various companies.
He is the founder of Bar-On, Axelrod & Co.
Mr. Bar-On has an LLB from Tel Aviv University and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1974.
Mr. Mashraki serves as CFO of the Delek Group and as a director of several Group subsidiaries. Formerly Controller of the Delek Group, he had previously served in managerial positions over the course of six years with Ernst & Young Israel.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Mr. Mashraki holds a BA in economics and accounting from Bar-Ilan University.
Mr. Rozenman served as Director General of the Israel Government Tourist Corporation and later as its Chairman of the Board.
He served as a member of the council of the Israel Land Administration and as a member of the executive of the Investment Center (as a representative of the Ministry of Tourism).
Previously Mr. Rozenman served as Head of Personnel at El Al Israel Airlines.
Mr. Rozenman holds a BA in economics from Tel Aviv University.
Malcolm I. Hoenlein
Mr Hoenlein is the CEO & Executive Vice Chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations. He was the founding Executive Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York.
Mr. Hoenlein holds B.A. in Political Science from Temple University and completed his Masters degree and PhD course work at the University of Pennsylvania’s Department of International Relations. A National Defense Fellow in the University’s Near East Center, He taught International Relations in the Political Science Department and served as a Middle East specialist at the Foreign Policy Research Institute.
